Problem Found In Neocities, The Side And Top Bars On The Page Will
Not Line Up Correctly If You Do Not Have Your Font Size In
Internet Explorer Set To Medium Or Lower. You Can
Change This In IE By Going To Your View Button And Opening The
Sub Directory Call Fonts.
